Burial/memorial information
Son of Major F.O. Burch and brother of A.L. Burch, Knox College, Toronto, Ontario. Lieutenant Burch of the 2nd Dragoons, the headquarters of which are at St. Catharine's, Ontario sailed for South Africa on the Milwaukee 21 February 1900 to join Lord Roberts' forces.
Commemorated on the St. Catharines South African War Plaque and the Watson Monument.
