Anneux is a village in the Department of the Nord, a little to the south of the main road from Cambrai to Bapaume. The ANNEUX BRITISH CEMETERY stands in a broad valley running east and west between Bourton Wood and the village of Graincourt, 200 metres from the junction of the N30 and D15

Private Rollo Elmer Cook was originally buried in DELMADGE CEMETERY, FONTAINE-NOTRE DAME, 900 metres North-East of the railway station. After the Armistice his body, and those of 23 other Canadian soldiers buried there, were exhumed and re-interred at Anneux British Cemetery.
