Photo of PERCY BARLOW – The Memorial Cross attributed to F/O Navigator Percy Barlow pictured on the navigators desk inside the Avro Lancaster Bomber at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton Ontario Canada. This is spot where Navigator Barlow was positioned when on operations and when his aircraft was hit by flak and destroyed on December 17, 1944. The Tail Gunner survived and attested to the last moments on board, stating that bombs had just gone and the navigator (Barlow) was counting down the photo flash when the aircraft suddenly exploded.
