David Edwards was a member of the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps, he died while serving with the South Lancashire Regiment (Prince of Wales Volunteers) as a CANLOAN Officer. Son of George Aneurin and Maida Florence Edwards; husband of Ivadell Lorraine Edwards, of Victoria, British Columbia.

Location:

Hermanville-sur-Mer lies 13 kilometres north of Caen on the road to Lion-sur-Mer (the D60). To reach the War Cemetery go northwards right through Hermanville; after leaving the Mairie (Town Hall) on your left, turn right. The gates to the War Cemetery will be found after 300 metres.
