Vis-en-Artois and Haucourt are villages in the Department of the Pas-de-Calais, on the road from Arras to Cambrai. The VIS-EN-ARTOIS BRITISH CEMETERY, HAUCOURT is at the north side of the main road between the two villages.

  • Circumstances of death registers– Source: Library and Archives Canada. CIRCUMSTANCES OF DEATH REGISTERS, FIRST WORLD WAR. Surnames: Deuel to Domoney. Microform Sequence 28; Volume Number 31829_B016737. Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 172. Page 45 of 1084. He was originally buried in Row A, Grave 10 in Pelves Canadian Cemetery, located 5 ¼ miles East of Arras.  After the Armistice, during the concentration of grave process, his body was exhumed and interred in VIS-EN-ARTOIS BRITISH CEMETERY.
