Roy Foster Little (1897-1918). Eldest son of Albert E Little and Eliza J Davidson of Inverness Township, Megantic County, Quebec. Roy enlisted with his cousin Alvin Little, also of Inverness Township. Roy was killed in the Battle of Amiens and is laid to rest in France.

Alvin was the son of George T Little and Sarah Watson also of Inverness Township. Roy was killed in the Battle of Amiens and is buried in France. Alvin returned from the war, married and lived in Alberta.

Villers-Bretonneux is a village in the Department of the Somme, on the road from Amiens to St Quentin. CRUCIFIX CORNER CEMETERY is south of the village at the crossing of the road to Demuin and the road from Cachy to Marcelcave.
