  • Stained Glass Window– A stained glass window in the main hall West Vancouver Memorial Library, 1950 Marine Drive, British Columbia, is dedicated to the memory of Lt. Horace Gordon Stone who died on Active Service 15 December 1918. "Harmony" was created in 1931 by John Henry Dearle. Henry Stone, a founder of the Vancouver Art Gallery, commissioned the window as a memorial to his son, who was a naval officer. Mr. Stone presented the Window to the Vancouver Art Gallery. The Art Gallery displayed the window until the Second World War when it was removed for safekeeping. After the war, the Gallery returned the window to Mrs. Allen Gentles, Lt. Stone’s sister.
