The European Cemetery is in the big Civil Cemetery in Bulawayo town. The point to start from is Empire House, the Legion branch and headquarters. It is located on the corner of 6th Avenue and Main Street. Drive north along Main Street towards a crossroads for a distance of 1.2 kilometres where Main Street becomes Athlone Avenue. Continue for a further 2 kilometres and the Civil Cemetery will be found on the right.The Commonwealth War Graves plot, with the Cross of Sacrifice, is easily located.
