Entered the service of the Bank 8th July, 1940. Served at King & Wellington and James & Barton (Hamilton). Enlisted 10th October, 1942, from the latter branch in R.C.A.F. Pilot Officer in March, 1944. Trained at Toronto, Hamilton and Up?lands, Ont. Killed in a flying accident at Trenton, Ont., 2nd June, 1944. From a memorial booklet prepared by the Canadian Bank of Commerce.
