On their 50th anniversary the class of August 1915 at the Royal Military College of Canada have placed this memorial stained glass window to honour their fallen classmates. 1148 2nd Lieut Herbert Cust Boyd (RMC 1915) was the son of William Thornton Cust and Meta Boyd, of Bobcaygeon, Ontario. He served with the Royal Army Service Corps Division: attd. King's Own Yorkshire Light Inf. He died of appendicitis on Feb 17, 1918. He was buried at Peterborough (Little Lake) Cemetery, Ontario, Canada. -
