Son of Archibald and Emma Legge, of Heart's Content, Newfoundland. Recruited 16 May 1916, arrived at the front on 17 May 1917. First wounded on 20 November 1917 in the leg. His headstone inscription reads..I have fought the good fight, I have finished the Work Thou Gavest me to Do.
