Baptized Allan Howard MacRae at Victoria School House in Lingwick, Sherbrooke, Québec, on 7 September 1919, baptism recorded at the Presbyterian Church of Lingwick and Gould. Son of Donald D. MacRae and Emily Stimson, of Scotstown, Province of Québec.

His brother, Chester MacRae, was conscripted during the First World War, service number 3380117.

Location:

YOKOHAMA WAR CEMETERY is 9 kilometres west of the city on Yuenchi-Dori, Hodogaya Ward, which branches left off the old Tokkaido highway. The nearest railway station is Hodogaya, 5 kilometres to the north on the JNR line but the cemetery is easily reached by bus from Yokohama station.
