UDINE WAR CEMETERY Italy

The Udine 1939-1945 War Cemetery is in the locality of Adegliacco in the commune of Tavagnacco, province of Udine. The town of Udine is about 101 kilometres north-east of Venice. The Cemetery is reached by taking the main road running north from Udine towards Tarvisio and thence to the Austrian border. 5.5 kilometres from Udine a turning will be seen on the left, opposite to the turning to the village of Adegliacco. The Cemetery is a short distance down this road on the right-hand side. The cemetery is permanently open and may be visited outside the working hours of the local gardening staff, but will be unmanned.
