  • Photo of Gordon McKay– My great Uncle was killed Sept 1st, 1918 during the Battle of Arras. A shell fell on his battery killing Luit D L Teed, Jack Cornfoot and my great Uncle Gordon. I visited this past November to pay my respects, place a cross, Canada Pin and a poppy. The first in the family to do so, a very emotional experience to say the least. We will never forget them.
