Page 865 of 1036. He was buried in Aubencheul-au-Bac Chateau, Kitchen Garden, 8 ½ miles South East of Douai. Grave 7. After the Armistice his body was exhumed and reburied in NAVES COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.

Naves is a small village about 5 kilometres north-east of Cambrai on the road to Saulzoir. The NAVES COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION is on the south side of the road a little south-west of the village.
