The Soldiers' Tower
The Soldiers' Tower was built at University of Toronto between 1919-1924 in memory of those lost to the University in the Great War. The name of "2nd Lt. R. G. Maricourt is a village approximately 11 kilometres east of Albert on the road to Peronne. The PERONNE ROAD CEMETERY is on the western outskirts of the village on the north side of the road to Albert.
