The Chaplain is a casualty of HMHS Llandovery Castle, torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine SM U-86 on 27 June 1918, whose body was found near Ouessant Island (France) on September 1st, and buried in Ouessant's Lampaul communal cemetery By courtesy of breizh820, France. -
