Son of John and Margret Fitzgerald (nee Burns). Brother of Thomas Fitzgerald of Head Lake, Ontario. He stated his civilian occupation was laborer and that he was also single. He had 1 year of militia service with the 45th Regiment. He served in England only before his untimely death.
