McLean he enlisted into the C.E.F. at Victoria BC on Sept. 21st 1915 and listed his occupation as "Saw filer" Duncan died at Vancouver BC on March 9th 1919 of the Spanish Flu at the age of 43. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC
