Location:

Etaples is a town about 27 kilometres south of Boulogne. The Etaples Military Cemetery is to the north of the town, on the west side of the road to Boulogne.

  • Memorial– Charles Severs' memorial is placed on the grave of his parents-in-law, Charles and Martha Williams.
  • Inscription– Charles Severs enlisted on 18th November 1915 at Brentford, Ontario having previously served 8 yrs in the Army Ordnance Corps.  His wife, Emily Katherine Severs was living at 196 Sheriden St., Brantford and he was working as a carpenter at the time.  He was a native of York, England.
