Baptized Dolor-Joseph-Alfred Beaulieu. Son of Alfred Beaulieu and Sophie Vézina, of Québec. One month after his death, his older brother Joseph (service number 672027) was killed in action at Passchendaele, Belgium, on 9 November 1917.
