The Provincial Government Building, Kemball Memorial Centre, in Kaslo, British Columbia is dedicated in honour of Colonel Arnold Henry Grant Kemball.

  • Photo of Arnold Henry Grant Kemball– Picture of Lieutenant Colonel Kemball probably taken in England. Lieutenant Colone Kemball was killed on March 1, 1917 leading his battalion on a trench raid at Vimy Ridge. In 2000, the Canadian Forces Armoury in Trail, B.C. was named in his honour.

  • Gravemarker for Arnold Henry Grant Kemball– This is an image of a temporary wooden cross, the type that would have been originally erected during the burial, and often specially made and constructed by fellow soldiers. This would have been Lt.-Col. Kemball's original cross, later to be replaced by stone markers by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. I've posted this image in dedication to the Lt.-Col. Kemball and the Kemball family.
