This building was made possible by the Old Boys, parents, and friends who contributed to the Memorial and Endowment Fund established in 1947 to commemorate old Ashburians who died in the Second World War and by those who gave to the Building and Improvement Fund initiated in 1953. The first phase of the building, the ground floor, was opened on October 17, 1953.

The Memorial Wing, including the Memorial Gym, was officially opened at Closing on June 11, 1924, by His Excellency Governor General Lord Byng. The memorial was made possible by the generosity of Old Boys and friends of the school. On the outside wall of the gym is where the Honour Roll for all three wars is inset.  

The Second World War Plaque was unveiled on October 14, 1951, at a special Old Boys 60th anniversary service in the Chapel by His Excellency Governor General Earl Alexander of Tunis. It was unveiled for a second time on October 26, 1952, at the Old Boys event when the Second World War Window was unveiled, along with the First World War Plaque.

Following the Battle of the Somme, this memorial cross was erected to honour the men of the 16^th Battalion (Canadian Scottish) Canadian Expeditionary Force, who fell in action at Mouquet from Sept 4-7; Kenora Trench September 26-27; and Regina Trench October 8-9 1916. It was transferred to the Canadian War Museum in 1942 through the War Trophies Disposal Board.

Toronto’s Indian Road Baptist Church, located at Indian Road and Humberside Avenue, closed in 1971 and was demolished circa 2007. Its bronze memorial tablet to the members of the congregation who were killed and who served in the First World War was removed and preserved, but its location is not known.

This plaque was erected on 19 September 2014 in honour of the centennial of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.

This plaque is dedicated to Lieutenant Herbert Stopford Maunsell who died while serving with the Royal Warwickshire Regiment in the First World War. His father was Brigadier-General George Stopford Maunsell, Royal Canadian Engineers, Director of Engineer Services in Ottawa. 

This art deco building opened on January 4th, 1939, after three years of construction. It features a replica of the Vimy Memorial, sculpted by Louis Leygue which pays tribute to the 60,000 Canadians who died in France during the First World War.

The Embassy of France, which is both an architectural masterpiece and a symbol of the privileged relationship between France and Canada featuring tapestries, bronze decorations, a mural and wall engravings. The first stone of this art deco-style building was laid by Prime Minister Mackenzie King on July 14th, 1936.

The Eagle Lectern is a memorial to three parishioners of Church of St. Bartholomew, who were lost in the Boer War. The war was fought from 11 October 1899 to 31 May 1902 and marked the second overseas employment of soldiers of the Canadian Army (the first had been the Nile Expedition of 1884 -1885, though these soldiers served in a combat support capacity rather than in a combat role). The war was fought between the British Empire and two independent Boer republics of the Orange Free State and the South African Republic (Transvaal Republic).

The corner-stone of Church of St. Bartholomew was laid by the Governor General on 9 May 1868. On Christmas Day of that year the first service was held in the unfinished interior. The architect was Thomas Seaton Scott of Montreal, who later became the Public Works architect and designer of the West Block tower on Parliament Hill.

A plaque at Beechwood cemetery honours Canadian Forces members who lost to suicide during their service or afterwards. The plaque was erected in 2016, by friends and family of members lost to suicide, particularly those who served in Afghanistan. It is a reminder of the importance of mental and physical health and our continuing responsibility to military personnel and veterans.
