The St. Martin-in-the-Fields First World War Window was constructed by Robert McCausland Company and dedicated to parishioners who gave their lives in the war. It was donated by the congregation and unveiled at the opening of the church on May 14, 1922. Sixteen men of St. Martin's gave their lives in the First World War.

The window takes up most of the west wall and the theme is one of sacrifice: Christ on the cross, reflecting the sacrifice of the war dead and the sacrifice of the sacrament, for in the Eucharist we receive the power of new life. It consists of three elements. The middle panel is Christ on the cross, with Jerusalem in the distance and the image of night descending. In the left panel is St. John and an angel above him with the host in one hand and pointing to the body of Christ with the other hand. In the right panel is the Virgin Mary in the garden and an angel above her holding the chalice with the consecrated wine.

A New Dawn window, sponsored by the Imperial Officers Association of Canada, was dedicated on November 12, 2006. It is the work of Canadian Sarah Hall, one of the most accomplished stained glass artists in the world. Depicted in the window are the four elements: earth, fire, water and air, which symbolize the operations of the navy, army, and air force striving towards peace and A New Dawn. From the bottom of the window, the scene of reddish coloured earth with a devastated landscape moves to a tumultuous and threatening sea, and up through swirling clouds to the diamond-shaped light at the top, representing the dawn. On the outside a special tempered and textured glass provides protection as well as colour and depth. In sunlight it projects a rainbow of colours into the narthex.

This window is in memory of George Gooderham Monro, son of Neville and Ethel Monro, who died in action in Italy in 1944. It depicts Jesus teaching in the temple and is based on Luke 4:16-21. It is not known who designed the window, but there has been speculation it is the work of Peter Howarth, who worked for Luxfer-Prism Stained Glass of Toronto.
