We all know you go through dark times but there is an avenue out there to get active
it doesn't matter if it's playing a guitar, chess, horseback riding swimming it doesn't matter.
There's something for you to do and it will help you recover.
That's a guarantee that's something I can promise that if you do
find something that you're passionate about grab on to it
and run with it because you will find it'll it'll help bring you out of that
it might be baby steps at first
one little 10-minute walk turns into an hour walk turns into a day and then you love hiking whatever it is
but grab onto something because there's many people there's many avenues for help out there
grab it take advantage of it. Take advantage of it and just help yourself and help others.
