Remembrance Play

Write a skit or short play based on the wartime experiences of a Veteran featured on the "Heroes Remembers" Web site. These stories cover a broad range of experiences – from wartime to life on the home front to peace support missions – and the full range of human emotions that go along with them.

You could divide the class into groups, each responsible for different tasks in producing the play (writing the play, selecting costumes, creating props, identifying characters, etc.). The play could perhaps form part of Remembrance Day activities at the school.
