Location:

Le Treport is a small seaport in the Department of the Seine-Maritime, 25 kilometres north-east of Dieppe. The MONT HUON MILITARY CEMETERY is 1.5 kilometres south of the town. Go towards the centre of Le Treport and then follow the Littoral/Dieppe sign. The Cemetery stands on the right of a fork road on D940.

  • Memorial Plaque– Plaque of brown wood, lettering is in gold. At the top there is a union jack and a red ensign flag, at the bottom there is a maple leaf. This plaque hung in the Second Baptist Church of Lutes Mountain (Lutes Mountain United Baptist Church) and currently hangs in the schoolroom of the Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum. Memorial Inscription: Marked in gold lettering: "Pupils of Lutes Mt. School erected this tablet in memory of Fellow Pupils who were killed in the Great War." Chas.
