Cst. Dubois spent his entire career in Quebec. He lost his life in a police car accident while on escort duty in Fauvel. Cst. Dubois was engaged to be married. He is buried in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in St. Antoine Abee, Quebec.
Commemorated on Page 125 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Honour Roll Book.
