Inscription in Memorial Room, Soldiers' Tower. The carillon was installed in 1927. Originally there were 23 bells. Alumni and friends donated funds for bells in memory of those who fell in the Great War. Dedications are carved high on the walls of the Memorial Room. Bell XXI is dedicated: " 'Extol, ye bell, the virtue of our valorous men.' Alumni Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering". Photo courtesy of Alumni Relations.

CIMETIÈRE COMMUNAL DE TOURNAI, ANNEXE CONNEXE Belgique
Le CIMETIÈRE COMMUNAL DE TOURNAI est situé dans le quartier sud-ouest de Tournai. Celle-ci se trouve sur la chaussée de Douai N508, une route qui part de la route périphérique de Tournai R52.
Neuf cents mètres après avoir quitté la R523 rejoignant la N508 se trouve le virage à gauche menant à la chaussée de Willemean. Le cimetière se situe au bout de cette petite route.
À noter que la visite du cimetière est réservée aux heures normales d'ouverture.
