And I was with the 1st, and George, when I say George that’s my chum, he was in the 2nd. George was going to go, go to France and going do all kinds of things. Well, I was going to do all kinds of things too. About a week after we went in there this time, I had a letter from his sister. George was killed. He was killed and that’s all there is to it. Yeah, poor George, he was the best friend I ever had and he’s in Flanders Fields now.
