1065 Lieut Colin Macpherson Dobell (RMC 1914) was the son of William Molson Dobell and Constance Dobell, of "Boisfranc", St. Louis Road, Quebec. He served with the Royal Welsh Fusiliers, 1st Battalion attd. 9th Battalion. He died on May 30, 1918.

On their 50th anniversary the class of August 1915 at the Royal Military College of Canada have placed this memorial stained glass window to honour their fallen classmates.
