This bronze memorial was designed as a tribute to the men of the Eaton company who died as a result of service in World War One. 3,327 Eaton's staff enlisted in the war. It was unveiled in Toronto on November 15th, 1923 by Mrs. Timothy Eaton and on November 26th an identical memorial was unveiled in the Winnipeg store. The shield of the female figure bears the coats of arms of the provinces of Canada. Pte. Percy Herbert Miller is named on this memorial.

CIMETIÈRE « UPTON WOOD » Pas de Calais, France
Hendecourt-les-Cagnicourt est un village du département du Pas-de-Calais à 16 kilomètres environ au sud-est d'Arras et à 4 kilomètres environ au sud de la route principale d'Arras à Cambrai. Le Upton Wood est un petit boisé à mi-chemin entre Hendecourt et Haucourt. Le cimetière « Upton Wood » est situé à 110 mètres au sud du boisé et à 2 kilomètres environ au nord du village.
