Grave of 1037178 Acting Corp. Thomas Edward Davis who served with the 238th Battn. C.E.F. Born in Saint George Charlotte N.B. on Jan. 22nd 1860.
Husband to Hennie H. Davis of Seattle WA. USA. Thomas enlisted twice into the C.E.F. First time was at Vancouver BC on July 26th 1917 listing his occupation as "Logger" he was later discharged due to Old Age and weakness in his left ankle. He enlisted again on Dec. 13th 1917 at Vancouver BC listing his occupation as "Lumberman"
Thomas died little over a month later on Jan. 19th 1918 at the age of 57 due to infected toncles. Thomas was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
