Mr. Pite is a Veteran of the Second World War. A founding member of the Canadian Military Heritage Museum in Brantford, Mr. Pite continues to be a volunteer. When not at the museum, he can be found volunteering with many other organizations such as the Street Naming Committee, Thank a Vet Committee, The Royal Canadian Legion, and as Director of the Brant County War Memorials Committee. Mr. Pite has been a member of the Legion for more than 60 years and has received the Palm Leaf to the Meritorious Service Medal as a testament to his devotion to ensure those who served and continue to serve in uniform are honoured and respected. Mr. Pite is known as a true leader in his community.
