The Federal Court approved a settlement to compensate former and current CAF members, DND employees and Staff of Non-Public Funds affected by sexual misconduct. To be eligible to receive financial compensation, Class Members must submit Individual Application/Claim Forms together with all supporting documentation to the Claims Administrator starting on 25 May 2020, and no later than 24 November 2021.
