Son of William and Grace Clark of Port Hope, Ontario.
Brother of Private Charles Clark, who died while serving with the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment).
Frederick Clark was wounded on 10 April 1916 at Vimy Ridge. He was removed to hospital in England where he remained for six months convalescing before returning to the front.

Memorial
His name as it is inscribed on the Vimy Memorial. Over 11,000 fallen Canadians having no known place of burial in France, are honoured on this Memorial. May they never be forgotten. (J. Stephens) -
