Plaque – Ex-cadets are named on the Memorial Arch at the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario and in memorial stained glass windows to fallen comrades. 617 Captain Albert Victor Seymour Nordheimer (RMC 1902) was the son of Mr. Albert Nordheimer, of Toronto, Ontario. He held the rank of Major in Canadian Permanent Forces, but reverted to Lieutenant in order to get to the Front. He served with the Royal Canadian Dragoons (1st Armoured Regiment). He died 20 Mar 1918. He was buried in the Moreuil Communal Cemetery in the Somme, France.
