In addition to the monument at its head office in Toronto, the Canadian Bank of Commerce honoured employees from each branch who served in the First World War. This plaque was commissioned shortly after the war and dedicated to the bank's 1701 employees who served in the war, 321 laid down their lives. The name of one employee of the Yarmouth Canadian Bank of Commerce who served in the war is listed on the plaque. The plaque was found in the Home Life building, which had formerly been the Bank of Commerce building. In 2001, the plaque was donated to the Yarmouth County Museum.

The plaque features the caduceus logo of the bank - two snakes winding around a winged staff at the upper left, and two poppies intertwined with a symbolic olive branch at the lower right. The Canadian Bank of Commerce went to great lengths to commemorate its staff that served in the war including a two-volume book of staff profiles and accounts of their war experiences.

This memorial, unveiled by veterans and friends of East and West Camps in 1992, is dedicated to the memory of the East and West Camps of the Yarmouth Air Base during the Second World War.

The original local cenotaph was in the form of a cairn with a metal plaque erected in the Community Hall in 1954 by the Clementsport Community Club and Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 122. In 1980 the plaque was removed and incorporated into this stele.

This flag, a British Union Jack, was donated to the citizens of Bridgetown in thanks for the hospitality they gave to British troops located in the area between August and September 1941.
