Died as a result of accident to aeroplane whilst in service conveying mail from Marquise, France, to Army of Occupation, Cologne. Son of Andrew T. Sullivan and Mary E. Kavanagh Sullivan, of Brooklyn, New York. Previous to enlistment was a student at Stevens Technical Institute, Hoboken, N.J., preparing for profession of mechanical engineer.

TERLINCTHUN BRITISH CEMETERY is situated on the northern outskirts of Boulogne. From Calais follow the A16 to Boulogne and come off at Junction 3 and follow the D96E for Wimereux Sud. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometre when the TERLINCTHUN BRITISH CEMETERY will be found on the left hand side of the road.
