Husband of Florence May Quinton, Edward enlisted into the C.E.F. at Valcartier Quebec on Sept. 23rd 1914, he listed his occupation as "Locomotive fireman" Edward died at Vancouver BC of the Spanish flu on Feb. 28th 1919 at the age of 33. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
