Son of Daniel and Elizabeth (Chapman) Larche of Kazabazua, Quebec. Cst. Larche is originally from Saint John, New Brunswick. He served in Doaktown and Codiac Detachments in New Brunswick. He was killed in the line of duty while responding to a call of an armed and dangerous man on June 4, 2014 in Moncton, New Brunswick.
In 2008, Cst. Larche received a Commander’s Commendation for saving the life of an unconscious baby in Moncton. Cst. Larche was an avid runner and lived for his family. He enjoyed doing presentations at his daughters’ school and daycare and had a great sense of humour. Cst. Larche was married to Nadine and they had three daughters: Mia, Lauren and Alexa.
