Kenneth Tooley Schubert: A Personal Memoir
Kenneth Schubert enlisted in the RCAF on his birthday, June 10, 1942. A little over a year later he was posted in England and served as a bomb aimer. In May 1944, his air craft was shot down over Belgium and he managed to survive the crash by following the orders from the pilot to jump. For four months he is hidden from the Germans by a local family until the Allies liberate Belgium. He shares his experiences of the Second World War in these memoirs.
