Reaction Towards The People of Tanzania

Transcript
I'd been to Cyprus before and I'd been to Germany so being away wasn't a problem, it was just a little different culture than I had been used to at home or Germany or Cyprus, just a little... Every country has their own little idiosyncrasies and I guess at that time Tanzania was one of the poorest countries I had ever visited. So when you see people, we're used to sitting at tables and eating our meals and stuff and they'd gather around a community pot in the middle of a little square in front of, in their villages and they'd eat out of the pot, you know, so this type of tribal influence was right into the city of Dar es Salaam. The main city itself, “haven of peace” they call it, that's the term Dar es Salaam, and it's surrounded by villages, native villages, plantations.
Description

Mr. Kish relates his personal experiences with respect to the culture and traditions of the people and the differences in tribal influence amongst the locals.
