Canadian women have a long history of serving in the military. At first, women served as Nursing Sisters helping sick and wounded soldiers. Over time, their roles in the military grew and changed. Today, women can serve in every job in the Canadian Armed Forces. They fly jet fighters and command warships. They serve in infantry units and protect military computer systems. They do it all!
